The Consultation
When you come for your first visit, we will have a complete, expert consultation. We pride ourselves in helping our clients achieve the look and skin of their dreams by offering a thorough consultation. If you like, you can schedule a pre-visit consultation on our booking site. This is useful if you have sensitive skin and need a patch test to be performed.
After your Visit
It is never goodbye; is it until next time! You will receive after care instructions and any after-care products your services include when you check out. We encourage our guests to pre-book their next appointment before they leave the lounge or you can visit our booking site at your convenience. After you leave the lounge, we will reach out to you in a few days via text and check-in with you. If you do not want to be contacted by text messages, please let our front desk coordinator know. Here at JB Beauty we have a satisfaction guarantee policy, if anything happens to your lashes or brows within 72 hours please contact us.
